KINGSTON'S COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY- LIFETIME COMMITMENT
An understandably significant concern with
homeowners is that some remodelers will not stand behind their product.
The fear is that they will be here today and gone tomorrow and when undiscovered
problems arise with faulty workmanship the homeowner has no place to turn and is
left holding the proverbial bag.
This is completely contrary to
Kingston's philosophy of striving to develop customers for life and being there
when unpredictable situations arise. It begins with unqualified customer
service and quality from the initial contact on the job all the way through to
completion. This gives Kingston the confidence that warranty issues will
be minimized. When they do arise Kingston wants to jump on them
immediately as part of having customer service as the companies number one
priority.
Accordingly we have instituted the
following warranty program that should give our clients the highest comfort
level that we mean business in standing behind our product and wanting them as
customers for life.

FIRST TWO YEARS
In the first TWO YEARS, the
Kingston client receives a full service warranty that covers all materials and
workmanship during that period. One and two year site visits will take place in
order to check and repair any minor problems such as nail pops. If an emergency
issue arises, the client can connect with a Kingston representative for
immediate dispatch or referral to the appropriate trade contractor, but always
under the Kingston auspices.
FIRST FIVE YEARS
In the first FIVE YEARS the
Kingston team will backup any manufacturer’s warranty for replacement of faulty
equipment with a service warranty for installation. The client is assured that
if a manufacturer supplies a defective part, Kingston will arrange a no charge
installation of the warranty replacement. Additionally, as contact with
national companies can be a hassle, we will take the appropriate action to
represent a client to such entities for the purpose of assuring compliance with
any and all regular or extended warranties of items installed by our firm, even
if purchased by others.
FIRST TEN YEARS
In the first TEN YEARS, Kingston
will honor the commitment to excellence by covering under warranty any latent
defects in material or workmanship other than those resulting from reasonable
wear and tear. The Kingston project is a team effort between client and
company, and as such, as in any serious collaboration, the test of time is
crucial.

LIFETIME
For the LIFETIME of the project we
will make ourselves available to be the company to call for
service by being available, reasonable and committed to collaborative problem
solving on a timely basis. We are dedicated to making clients for life with all
that entails. We will make every effort to maintain a cordial client
relationship for the life of the project.
