The back of this Historic Takoma Park home received a little TLC through a modest bump-out addition and extended roof overhang, elegant column, a new deck, and parging of the basement level exterior block wall and retaining walls.




Arlington, VA
After the original garage was destroyed by Hurricane Isabel, the homeowners requested that the new garage be in traditional brick and block. A five window dormer adds light and storage to the loft, while a recessed gable prevents the garage from appearing cumbersome.
