"Kingston Builders enclosed a large outdoor terrace for us, making it into a sunroom or porch that will be usable virtually year around. This was an intricate task, with special framing, a challenging roof line with difficult angles, and lots of windows. Kingston handled all of that - methodically and skillfully. The workmanship in this project was simply outstanding and has provoked innumerable compliments by visitors to our home. Beyond that the Kingston team was accommodating, responsive, and willing to work out differences promptly. "We bought a piece of property and hired an architect to design a house that we planned to sell. The first contractor abandoned the project, leaving some fairly serious mistakes. We live in a 135 year old historic home on capitol hill hill in Washington D.C.
