LIFETIME COMMITMENT- KINGSTON WARRANTY
At Kingston we
take great pride in the projects we produce and are dedicated to
creating not only the experience of a lifetime for our clients, but a
result that will last a lifetime. In order to put substance behind
this statement, we our announcing a new warranty program that will
ensure the client that we are available and ready to maintain what we
have produced. In fact, we believe that such a warranty far exceeds
industry standards. THE TWO-FIVE-TEN
WARRANTY 1.) In the first TWO YEARS, the Kingston client
receives a full service warranty that covers all materials and
workmanship during that period. One and two year site visits will take
place in order to check and repair any minor problems (nail pops,
loose caulk, etc.) If an emergency issue arises, the client can
connect with a Kingston representative for immediate dispatch or
referral to the appropriate trade contractor, but always under the
Kingston auspices. 2.) In the first FIVE YEARS the Kingston team
will backup any manufacturers warranty for replacement of faulty
equipment with a service warranty for installation. The client is
assured that if a manufacturer supplies a defective part, Kingston
will arrange a no charge installation of the warranty replacement.
Additionally, as contact with national companies can be a hassle, we
will take the appropriate action to represent a client to such
entities for the purpose of assuring compliance with any and all
regular or extended warranties of items purchased and installed by our
firm. We are glad to assist with obtaining service for owner provided
items. 3.) In the first TEN YEARS, Kingston will honor the
commitment to excellence by covering under warranty any latent defects
in material or workmanship other than those resulting from reasonable
wear and tear. The Kingston project is a team effort between client
and company, and as such, as in any serious collaboration, the test of
time is crucial. 4.) For the LIFETIME of the project we will make
ourselves available to be the company to call for service by being
available, reasonable and committed to collaborative problem solving
on a timely basis. We are dedicated to making clients for life with
all that entails. We will make every effort to maintain a cordial
client relationship for the life of the project. BENEFITS TO THE
CLIENT OF MAINTAINING A LASTING
RELATIONSHIP 1.) Prompt and cheerful warranty service is vital
to the total remodeling experience. The warranty process is dynamic-
we will proactively complete your project to your satisfaction, with a
walkthrough review before the final closeout meeting. At that point
your warranty begins, and we maintain a 6 month, 1 year, 18 month and
2 year review, with corrections of problems if
necessary. 2.) We permanently maintain records of the project such as
drawings, products used, all trades involved, copies of the permits,
plats, contracts, change orders. We have found numerous occasions upon
which clients find the need for information when selling a property or
proposing a new project. 3.) We are able to assist with home repairs
whether in or out of warranty. We provide contact with licensed trades
people- (plumbers, electricians) who have successfully completed work
at the home in the past and are willing to return when
necessary. 4.) We provide a free energy assessment service in
which we schedule a home walkthrough in order to target major areas in
the home that will benefit from energy improvements. Upgrading these
areas can assure improved comfort and cost efficiencies that last for
years to come.
