S St. Washington, D.C.
This charming early twentieth century townhouse was completely destroyed by a chimney fire. Kingston and the homeowners painstakingly restored it to beyond its original lustre with meticulous attention to every detail.  

                                          


Alexandria, VA
This 180-year-old home was in a crumbling state of disrepair when Kingston began. The home was returned to its former glory, complete with architectural details carefully matched to the 19th century originals. 

                                           
 


Washington, DC
This elegant 1925 Washington DC home was beautifully restored and remodeled. A rarely used porch was enclosed to create a sunroom complete with built-in bookcases, and a new powder room was designed to fit under the stairs in the foyer. This award-winning project is also featured in Builder/Architect Magazine.

 

                                


Washington, DC
Kingston restored and remodeled much of this 1920's home. The front porch was restored including the addition of a stunning Art Deco inspired glass door. A rarely used porch was enclosed to create a charming breakfast room. Kingston also changed the formerly old and drafty windows of the quaint study, to all new Pella units.
